These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of puffzonelb.com (“Website”) and any purchases you make from Tobacco & More, trading as PuffZone, through the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Age eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tobacco, vaping, nicotine, hookah, or other age-restricted products from PuffZone. By ordering an age-restricted product, you confirm that you are legally eligible to purchase and receive it.

We and our delivery personnel may request valid identification before accepting or delivering an order. We may refuse or cancel an order, or refuse delivery, if age or identity cannot be verified. Age-restricted products will not be supplied to minors.

2. Products and health information

Tobacco and nicotine products are intended only for adults and may be addictive and harmful to health. Product packaging, manufacturer instructions, warnings, and applicable Lebanese requirements must be followed.

Images and descriptions are provided to help identify products. Packaging, colors, specifications, or appearance may change without notice. We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate, but minor differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of a product may occur.

3. Availability and order acceptance

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart or receiving an automated order message does not guarantee stock or constitute final acceptance.

An order is accepted when PuffZone confirms it for fulfillment. We may contact you to confirm the products, delivery address, age eligibility, payment method, or other order details.

We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including for unavailable stock, incorrect pricing or listing information, an unverifiable address or identity, suspected fraud or misuse, legal restrictions, or inability to serve the selected delivery area. If we already received payment for a cancelled order, we will provide the legally required refund using an appropriate method.

4. Prices and payment

The price and available payment methods displayed during checkout apply to the order, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance. All product prices displayed on the Website include applicable tax. Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. If a displayed price or charge is clearly incorrect, we may pause or cancel the order and contact you before fulfillment.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery timing and charges depend on the selected zone, stock availability, order confirmation, traffic, weather, and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Current delivery zones, estimates, charges, pickup information, and instructions are published in our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation and are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times unless we expressly agree otherwise. You must provide a complete address and a reachable telephone number and ensure that an eligible adult is available to receive age-restricted products.

Please inspect the delivered package promptly. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or appears defective.

6. Exchanges, returns, and refunds

Our current conditions and timeframes for eligible exchanges are stated in our Customer Care & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

  • Eligible tobacco, vape, cigar, heated-tobacco, and similar products may be requested for exchange within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Eligible hookahs, accessories, lighters, and similar non-tobacco products may be requested for exchange within 3 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice; packaging and accessories must be complete where applicable.
  • Opened, damaged, improperly used, or hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for exchange where the law permits.
  • Cash refunds are not ordinarily offered under the voluntary exchange policy.

Nothing in these Terms or the Exchange Policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods. Where there is a conflict, mandatory Lebanese law prevails.

7. Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Information you provide must be current, complete, and accurate. We may restrict an account or order where reasonably necessary to protect customers, PuffZone, or the Website from fraud, abuse, security risks, or unlawful activity.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful personal shopping and related customer service. You must not:

  • attempt to bypass age, identity, purchase, or delivery restrictions;
  • use false information or another person’s identity without authorization;
  • interfere with the Website’s security, operation, or availability;
  • introduce malicious code, scrape the Website unreasonably, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • use the Website to violate applicable law or third-party rights; or
  • purchase products for unlawful distribution or supply to minors.

9. Intellectual property

The Website’s branding, layout, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to PuffZone and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party product names, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy and communications

We process customer information to operate the Website, confirm and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Additional details are stated in our Privacy Policy.

Service messages about an order or account may be sent using the contact details you provide. Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

11. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, secure, or temporarily suspend parts of the Website when reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuffZone is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer-protection obligation.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our operations, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights already attached to an accepted order unless the law permits and the customer agrees.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and orders placed through the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. The competent Lebanese courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim before another competent authority or forum.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly. Consumers may also contact Lebanon’s Ministry of Economy and Trade Consumer Protection Directorate through its official complaint channels, including hotline 1739.
