Candle care and safety
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4–1/2 inch before lighting. On the first burn, allow the wax pool to reach the vessel edges. Burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable objects, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not extinguish with water.
